A family business that visits Farmington homes
The Blind Biz has helped Metro Detroit homeowners choose and install window treatments since 2002, and Farmington and its neighbors in western Oakland County have long been part of our regular routes. We never opened a showroom. Instead, we bring full-size samples and sample books to your house, so you can see each fabric, finish and slat size against your own walls, floors and trim, in your own light.
That keeps our overhead low. We don’t pay showroom rent or decorator commissions, and we don’t use subcontractors for installation. The savings go into your price, which is why we can offer the best value in Metro Detroit, guaranteed.
Today we carry 11 product lines, including Hunter Douglas, where we are an authorized dealer, and Norman Window Fashions, where we are a certified partner. Our way of working is the same as it was at the start: free laser measuring, an itemized quote on the spot, free installation by our own team, and a family business you can talk to directly.
